Default mortgage interest and income tax return

question ? My credit was not good to get a loan and so my brother signed a home for me (only his name is on the title & loan). I'm living in the home and am paying all fees (monthly payments, home insurance, property tax, etc). Can I make a claim (property tax, mortgage interest) on my tax returns even though that information is in his name and he never paid a penny?

No, and neither can he because it's not his residence.
