Captal Loans does a great job of tracking and managing your pipeline online. You can give the customer online access to check their status and assign leads and loan files to your agents on the fly. It's all web based so your agents can work remotely.
However, Captal Loans does not do any of the form creation for the loan mod packet. If you are looking for software to create the loan mod packet I have hear good things about Loan Modification Machine, although I think it is expensive. I have heard bad things about casi mod. Just my 2cents  |
