Default can i apply for a mortgage loan with a lien on my
vehicle? i have an almost paid off lien on my vehicle,due to paying off a credit card debt.can i qualify for a home mortgage loan at this time?

Yes. I wouldnt see why you couldnt. I had CC debt and an auto loan and still got a mortgage to buy our home. I was told its easier to purchase a home then to get an auto loan or CC.
