We were stuck in a really bad sitation/scam/whatever you want to call it with our first house..We have a foreclosure on our credit (and my husbands credit score is STILL OVER 700)..so the only thing stopping us from getting a house is the foreclosure on file...we can't buy until at least december. However, we found a home that we LOVE (and in our price range)....Can my dad take a loan out and "rent" it to us for the mortgage price if he already has his own home with a mortgage on it?
