Consolidate with new mortgage?
I'm getting mixed answers on some research. I will be buying a home within the next year and I currently have a $10,000 unsecured signature loan that I recently took out. When I move this will be the single and only bill that I have...nothing else until I buy the house.I'm pre-approved for the mortgage but I'm wondering if it's possible to have them roll this 10k up into the mortgage, or not. some say yes, some say no...is it dependent on the lender?
