Default Obtaining a mortgage?
Greetings,I recently discovered my credit score is 580 from Trans Union. Is this a reasonable score to apply for a mortgage? If not, can you please offer advise. I am rebuilding my credit and paying creditors on time.

580 is the minimum score for a n FHA loan but too low for most conventional loans. There are ways to up your score fairly quick, just do some research. It would be possible with a solid co-borrower to get financed now.
