Can I deposit a check made out to my ex...
...hus. an me in my saving w/ only my signature. Its from a mortgage comp? there is no way to get him to endorse it. It is for 1200.00 that we had left in escro for the taxes.ok what about- i just endorse it and put it in savings as some suggested. Can that be done? thanks to all of u 4 the quick response. As far as him he's in the military and I do not know the 1st thing about his life anymore. And yeah i'll call the bank monday and ask them i just wanted to know if there were any loop holes i could use.
