Default Chase Home Mortgage Rescue Plan?

Ok, I will try to make a long story short. I bought a house in August of 2006 and my brother and his wife lived there with me to help pay the mortgage. I got sick and lost my medical insurance and my roommates moves out as well so I could not afford to live in it anymore and to prevent myself from urining my credit and from foreclosure I moved out and put some renters in there. The renters pay 1200 a month and my mortgage is currently at 1554.00 because I unknowingly had an ARM that increased. I can't raise the rent because even 1200 is too much for rent. ANyways, I have tried to get help for 2 years now and I can't refinance due to the house being worht less then I owe on the loan now. I was with WaMu and then Chase bought them and I read online that Chase is going to help a large portion of the loans.....but I have a feeling I will not be included because it is now a rental home.....but that was not my intention when I bought the home and I actually would LOVE to move back in but can't until I can get some kind of mortgage help. Does anyone have any more info as to what the guidelines will be for the people Chase helps?

Default Qualify for Hope for Homeowners with Chase

Washington Mutual has not broken off yet, the are still running their loss mitigation shop. On 12/01/08 they willl start their first wave of layoffs. You can still have your loan modified on a rental property as long as you do not have an FHA Loan, they will not work with investment properties. Otherwise submit the deal or contact us and we can help. We just pulled a sweet deal from WAMU. This is no joke and I can show you the paperwork. Step rate loan mod 1% interest only first year, 3% interest only year 2 and the final step 5% interest only for the remaining term (life of the loan) and by the way it was an investment property in Florida. The government has a new program that we are rolling out with them Hope for Homeowners, you can find out more by going to To view links in this forum your post count must be 10 or greater.
