Default elect group loan modification
hi Has anyone every heard of Elect Group LLC? If so, what was your experience with them? They are suppose to be negosiating with Amtrust Bank for me. Is it a scam?

Why would you ask if they are a scam? Do you have a funny feeling about them? Did you check them out on the BBB?

yes I have a funny feeling about them but i"ve already sent them some money. And yes I checked BBB but they've only been listed since July.My home just went into foreclosure and they say they can fix everything and lower my payment. What do you think?

EVERYONE, PLEASE LISTEN NOBODY CAN GUARANTEE LOWER PAYMENT AND LOWER INTEREST. (PERIOD) It is possible to get lower payments but if someone guarantees a lower payment RUN. They do not know Loss Mitigation and you may even lose your home. Enough said
