bankruptcy but may have too....? After my husbands dad passed away he left me and our three kids. I work full time but with two car payments, a very high mortgage, and than all the other bills with his income gone I am real behind. Not only am I stressed and sad all the time but don't know what to do!!! Our credit used to be awesome and now I am going on almost 3 mos behind on our home payment and don't see how to get out. I don't know if he is every going to come back therefore without him cant afford it. The morgtage company called today and said if they do not get a payment in two weeks is would start foreclosure!!! Once they foreclose is it to late to file bankrupt? I wanted to make sure our electric and gas was paid for because of my children but I think I goofed somewhere and I am hoping to scrap up some money before it comes to that but he made most of our income. No I do not have any family to turn to and now my credit is shot since this. Please help!No he is not paying child support because no one really knows where he is, his dad and him were very close. I can not get a second job because two of my children are yound and I have no one to look after them and they are having a hard time as well.lol Thank you for all your support and by the way brian the answer to your question is yes. lol I do actually have both cars up for sale but one was his and he just left me with it and its in my name to thought.
