You need to ask your mortgage company this question. Some mortgage companies have a clause in the contract you signed that you cannot refinance for two years after you get the loan, and some don't. But without knowing that we can't answer. This is something I asked my mortgage company before I signed the loan documents. I have no waiting period on when I can finance.
