Default late fees on mortgage?

I have a few late fees that I received because I have paid my mortgage late. I know, I should not pay my mortgage late but I can't help it because my interest rate reset and my mortgage went up $200 some dollars and now I can't afford it and my mortgage company won't help me....so anyway I have these late fees and I haven't paid the late fees so the late fees carry over each month. Will those late fees get reported to my credit report as a 30 day late? I don't ever pay my mortgage more then 30 days late. It is usually about 17 or 18 days past due....just enough to get a late fee but not late enough for a 30 day hit on my credit but I haven't had enough money to pay the extra late fee and I am afraid that will look like an unpaid balance and hit my credit report. I am with WaMu.
