What do mortgage brokers hate about buying leads?

What if you could take truly 100% exclusive live leads at yourrequest that were all recorded to verify the lead and it onlycost $5.95 for the first minute and $1.95 each additionalminute while you take your app? Would you get your checkbooks out?
