I was laid off and need foreclosure help
If you have been laid off and now able to go back to work we can help, if there is an opportunity for a job we can in some instances stop the sale to give you more time or if you can no longer afford the home help with a short sale

We are behind on our house payments and have been told that as of the end of this month(September,2008) we have reached 60 days and have no other options left but to sign house over to bank. Wife is unable to work do to illness and is on 24 hour oxygen at home. Citizen State Bank, mitigation departments
