Default how do i calculate current mortgage payable...

...under current liabilities when i am given just the mortgage payabl i am asked to write a balance sheet given a bunch of values
and one of them is $175,000 for mortgage payable...

in the answer key, they listed under current liabilities....

current portion of mortgage payable $30,000

and under long term liabilities.....

Mortgage payable $145,000

there is no other information given about the mortgage and i really cant see how the other information can help me get it either. can some1 help me out...thanx

Default Payoff Statement

your best bet to figure your UPB (unpaid principal) is by calling your lender and asking for a payoff.
