Default Should I get an ARM or a Fixed mortgage if I intend to
live in a home for 3 years or less? I'm in the military and have 2-3 year tours at any single military base. Would like your opinion on buying a home using an ARM (5year) or a 30 year fixed mortgage?

If you know you will be there less then 5 years and the ARM is lower then the fixed rate..I would go ARM.
