Here is the situation. I make decent money, about 50k a yr, and my wife makes about 20k. My income is fully documented, but her's is more of a self income with no tax records. I have excellent credit with a great credit history. We have around 1k in monthly payments. Is there anyway to get a good loan for low down without having outrageous payments? I know we can afford a payment of around 1450/mo. But without her income being verified, we only qualify for a 150k loan. Which isn't much in sin city.
