Applied Jul09, still waiting for resolution
GMAC Loan Modification customer service has been horrible. Having supplied all documents needed immediately upon request, the staff at their office in Dallas has been unresponsive and inept. In November, we were informed that no further paperwork was required, and when we called today (60+ days out) we discovered nothing had happened. When they agreed that they did not need anything after all, they had no reason for the delay. No one on the phone would connect us to a qualified supervisor, and the operators were muting our call repeatedly so they would not have to listen to us.
Can anyone give me the name of a qualified, responsive supervisor at GMAC Loan Modification who will help reverse this awful experience, and ensure our modification decision is made immediately?
