Thanks folks... My name is Jeff. I live in Montana. After over a year of fighting with US Bank they finally sent us a loan mod to sign... The terms drop the interest 2 points and the new payment is ok. The part I can't swallow is the new loan amount would be 60K more than the house is worth. There is NO WAY a bank would lend me this amount for this home given normal circumstances... There is a sheriff sale set for Oct 4...

Any suggestions?

I think the best way to get the best finance is to look through the internet. A lot of lenders allow you to apply online, so if you want the finance fast, then this is the best method to make it happen!...thanks for sharing..
