Default own 3 condos out of work and money
2 condos at 1 complex 1 condo at another -heloan on 1 condo in 36000 dollars.dont know what to do hoa dues 115x2 170x 1 120 home equity loan should i abandon one of the 2 could hoa seize the other?

abandonment is not the right way to go, there are other options available. Short sale if all else fails
