"The key is a sudden change"
Equity Reduction, loss of income, debt increase, increase of bills, inability to sell your home,
inability to rent your home, interest rate "suddenly" increased or will be suddenly increasing soon etc.

There are a lot reasons and scenarios why you could be experiencing a hardship and chances are, you qualify for at least one, that's why it's best to consult with an attorney.

attorney's have really gotten greedy in the market and charge in excess of $ 2,000.00. They do not do anymore than a loss mitigation consultant. If a consultant knows the business they charge almost half of an attorney and in some instances a third.
