Default I was scammed purchasing homes

I was the victim of a real estate scam which left 3 homes in my name. These home will or have foreclosed. What can I do about the taxes? Is there any paper work I can do to request forgiveness of taxes?

Default Re: I was scammed purchasing homes

first you would need to file an identity theft report with the top 3 credit reporting agencies
then file a report with the police, then contact the IRS by phone with your name and social
security number and let an agent know that homes were purchased in your name, they
will ask you to fax all supporting documentation (credit and police reports) to relieve you of any tax burdens and initiate an investigation of mortgage fraud and identity theft.

Then stand back and watch the crook get hung out to dry.
