foreclosure waiting for disability payments
Recently I had to go on disability. Waiting for my LTD to kick in -- my wife of twelve years filed for divorce and embezzled $20K from my accounts (which I was planning to tide me over during the interim.) As a result I'm 3 months behind on the mortgage.) However, after LTD starts I will have more than enough to pay my mortgage.) How can I be certain to stave off the wolves for around a total of 5 months?

waiting on disability and lender is foreclosing
unless you can negotiate well a lender will not stop foreclosure based on a future date of having money. You need to contact them and see what they can work out until you get your checks.

The best thing you can do is contact your bank and let them know the situation so they can let you know how they will proceed inside the situation, then you'll know how to or if you'll have to fight any battles, bring their answers here and we'll be able to guide you better.
