Default can the bank foreclosure if I did not sign?

The bank is foreclosing on a property that my husband purchased before we were married. However, he refinanced a few years ago and I had to sign on the title because of dower rights. I did not sign the promissory note. Can the bank sue me in the foreclosure proceedings?
