Default Facing foreclosure in Sacramento

I have tow HELOC's on my property and are going into foreclosure. I'm not concerned about first mortgage holder because I do have some equity, but how will my Line of Credit will be treated after the foreclosure: will it be discharged or I will be forced to pay it through a court? (HELOC is through Bank of America and WellsFargo)

Foreclosures are treated different in every state and company. It would probably in your best interest to call your lender to see what their practices are and then weigh your options. I would not let the property go and if you did I would negotiate a deed-in-lieu.
