Default Can someone help?

If you have received 2 notices about a foreclosure on a certain date as of today, does this mean that they are not going to foreclose or does this mean they will soon? My daughter has a modular home and her husband has received 2 notices, the last notice stated that they were going to foreclose on November 6 and no partial payment would be accepted, and as of 2pm today they haven't heard anything. If they just ignore the situation how long would it be before they actually come and get it and would they just take all her belongings also? What procedure would they take to repo her modular home, the land is in with the payments?
