Works good. It's a 30 minute online seminar and homeowners register throughout the day and watch.

My business is helping others.

Do you mind if I ask how you developed your webinar? With whom? Cost? Etc. Thank you.

Default Title Co.

N.O.D. lists are public information which you can get by simply requesting one from any title company. You can be very specific on what information you want...such as 30days late or 60days late. The homeowners listed on these lists NEED some sort of help to save their homes from foreclosures.

Default PRE NOD Lists

I have worked in title as a closer in Virginia and Florida and I never ran across a list of NODs. Is this a California thing?

I'm not sure how other states work but I have no problem contacting a title rep and buying these NOD lists of homeowners from all over the nation. I don't think it's just Cali...I may be wrong though.

Question court house leads / nod & pre- fore

does anyone know the process of research at the courthouse? I went to the courthouse to research and they wanted an address and name, when i thought you should be able to just see what has been filed recently - maybe there is a list somewhere...? with the clerk maybe? not the reg of deeds? anyone know?
