Default How hard is it to find a real estate agent

willing to rent a house to 5 18 year olds? After school, myself, as well as 4 friends, we're intent on moving into a house together. Money is not an issue, as we all have secure jobs and plan on only securing better jobs after school. We will all be 18, and whilst 3 of my friends are deferring predominantly to work, myself, as well as one of my friends are attending university upon completion of year 12. We have calculated all of the costs we will need to cover, including food, rent, utilities etc. and we have no issue in covering these basic costs with ease. We we're however, wondering how hard it is to find a real estate agent willing to rent to a group of academic 18 year olds in a suburb like werribee or hoppers crossing?
