...a condo? How do I find a good real estate agent. What percent should I expect that a real estate agent gets paid...when selling my condo? I don't know anyone that has any connections to good real estate agents...I'm 24yrsold....what would qualify as a "good" real estate agent anyway?Also, I currently have an equity line of credit out on my condo, owing about $6k. Is that immediately paid off upon selling of the property (since it's the collateral for the loan) OR can I still maintain/keep this equity line of credit loan, same interest rate/payments, even after the property is sold? Thanks!
