Default Is using a real-estate agent for help in...
...finding a cheap apartment a good idea? I am getting a new job and moving to a new city (Waco,TX or near that area) but need help finding a cheap CHEAP apartment. I tried to search on-line but I really have no idea where to begin my search any suggestions and I think one of my friends used a real estate agent (or a least I think that’s what he said) and he got a really cheap apartment. Anyone have any suggestions??? Already tried craigslist but nothing yet.
