Is it best to use a broker or real estate...
...agent to find an apartment in NYC for a first time renter? Is it better to just deal with a broker or real estate agent when renting in New York City? I am moving from out of state to attend school. There for, I know nothing about the best places to live. I have been there before, but still have no idea what's a good deal.How much do broker/agents usually charge?Do you have any tips? Or referrals?
