I don't know about Australia, but in the us anyone can find out the following (and more). your name, if you own the property, how much you paid for the property, your lender, your mortgage, ( these are through courthouse retrieval ) or if they are really interested they might google your name or address for information on your personal life. Basically there's no limit to what anyone can find out about another person if they want to dig .
