We're looking for a good real estate agent and I'm not sure how to find one. Do we just need to contact some in our area and interview them?I have found questions to ask them (on various sites).But I'd like to find a listing of the agents / agencies that sell homes in our area, and some statistics about how many homes they've sold. Average time on the market. Initial list price vs selling price.Is that type of information available anywhere? How would I find it?I'd really like some way to find some 'good' ones before starting to talk to them.
