When you get a real estate agent to find you a
place, do you pay them? If so, how much? In about 6 months I am going to start looking for a real estate agent to find a place for me. I'm just unsure if whether or not I pay them, or if the person who is listing the residence pays them. I'm sure it may go both ways, but if I do have to pay them, does anyone have any idea how much? Please let me know, anything would be helpful. Thanks!
