Default If my real estate agent is really pushing to

help us find a home, then how do I find another one? It's been over a year since we've looked for a home. We finally narrowed it down to a neighborhood that we liked and two homes. However, we feel like she isn't trying to get us the best deals. We are tired. Anyway, I know word of mouth is a good start; but what about other means of finding a better agent. By the way we live in Charlotte, NC.The reason it took a year, was because my mom moved to another city and it took them over 6 months to verify and correct her income. Then, the qualifications to see how much we can buy kept changing. There were many factors. Also, when you're buying a home, you should take your time because that is a huge investment that could be a blessing or really mess you up. Now we have all the finances squared away but she is still slacking.
