Is there a charge if you ask for the help of - Loan Modification - Free Foreclosure Help

a real estate agent in finding a home to rent? If you have a friend / acquaintance that is a real estate agent and you ask them if they know of (or could show you) any homes for rent - will they charge you for their help? I am not looking to buy a home, just rent one for 1 year.

Don't know where you are but there is not in Australia.

Usually not a cost to you but from wherever they introduce you to rent and you sign a lease. The company/landlord normally pays the agent a months worth of rent
