broker,already been listed by a real estate agent for over a year! husband lost job and we no longer can afford home??? what to do.. we dont want to ruin our credit with a foreclosure...we have a future and children to think about? please help??

Real estate agents work for brokers, so the only thing I would suggest is going to a different real estate company and hope to get some results. What state are you in?
