Default how to find a good real estate agent?
i know it's easy to find a real estate agent, simply by browsing through newspaper or any real estate magazine. Among thousands of them out there, how do I know which one is able to sell my house with best price and offers good service. Anyway suggestion is highly appreciated. Also, is there any website i can use to estimate the value of my house? I am living in Toronto, Canada. Thanks in advanced.
