Default Mortgage Lenders?

Thanks for your answer to my question. Could you suggest lenders or real estate agents I could work with? My Bankrupty was discharged last year.

Been there done that. I know this is going to be a tough road for you. Usually lenders wont even look at you unless you have 3-5 years behind your belt with the bankrupcy. Did you file Chapter 19? I filed in 2000 and just this last year 10/05. was able to purchase a home. Even so it was tough. I went through two lenders. The first one I tried was Ameriquest. They turned me down but were very helpful and tried their hardest. I eventually found a company called Montogmery Mortgage Inc. This also depends on your score. I had to have a score of at least 625. Hope this helps and good luck.

Countrywide Home Loans is the best mortgage lender. We tried to sell our home and refinance a few months later and no one would refi with us except them.

I am a consultant with a national company called MYLOAN. We're similar to Ditech and ELOAN except with better service and rates. If you'd like you can email me or give me a call and I'd be happy to help you anyway that I can. My contact info is in my profile or you wish you can go to my website and begin an application. I wish you luck in your search for financing.
