Default What are my options in getting out of a
mortgage? Havent signed all the Docs. yet. The mortgage broker just sent out the loan application this week and I have an inspection next weekend. Is my only out at this point to hope that the inspector finds something that i can bail on? I guess you can say I have buyers remorse already or that im getting cold feet but I feel im about to pay way to much for this house. The expected closing date is Jan 31st 2012? What are my options at this point?
