I am a 21 year old, recently married and me and my husband want to invest our money into buying a small cheap apartment instead of throwing it away renting. The issue is my husband as no credit. Mine is decent but since I am just starting out its not perfect. I want to get pre approved for a loan and wanted to know if I have a chance of getting approved at all. When I got a car I had my parents sign with me to help me get approved. I dont know if that would apply with a mortgage. and any suggestions of banks to go to?
