My mortgage broker is unprofessional to say the least. She "inadvertently" re-ran our credit which lowered our scores. She did not even tell us, we found out because we received a letter from the credit bureau saying it had been ran again. When we confronted her she just casually apologised. Then she ordered an appraisal using my credit card number after I specifically told her not to because the seller had broken contract and we were going to walk. She is impossible to get a hold of. I call her and then get an email response usually days later and half the time she doesn't even answer my question. How do I report her?The problem was she re-ran it when it was not necessary to re-run. It is illegal for someone to pull your credit without permission. And constant re-running of credit significantly lowers your score. After doing this she told us if our scores went down more they couldn't finance us and acknowledged that it lowered our score when she re-ran it.
