if i move my mortgage to another lender, is that...
...classed as remortgaging? hi, im in negative equity so remortgaging with current lender is not an option to release equity. i was wondering if i moved my lender would i get mortgage based on my salary or based on value of houseinitially when i bought the house i was offered around 118k mortgage based on my salary...so im confused?? and the house was advertised at 124k
