my mortgage contract was sold to RTR after I had...

...filed bankruptcy and surrendered the property am I still liab? My mortgage contract with American Home Mortgage was sold to Real Time Resolutions company after I had filed Chapter 7 bankruptcy and surrendered the property. Am I still the owner or are they? They have not foreclosed or taken over the property
