the planning for a mortgage and the building of credit. any advice? I guess what I wanrt to differentiate from is someone like a financial advisor, who is there to advise on different investments and such. I simply want to sit down and talk to someone who will help me make a plan on what to do with my current mortgage, how to use the equity I have there and continue on.
