Default Debt forgiveness in Ireland for mortgage...

...defaulters:? Why don't the banks simply accept what people can pay as rent or the government legislate for a low rent for defaulters? Surely, in all honesty most people unable to pay their mortgages would have less than 10 % of their loan paid off to date anyhow so the concept of debt forgiveness makes no sense.

The irish government is only interested in one thing and that's money they do not care for the hard working family's that slave there asses of to put a shelter over there family's heads
