nram/northern rock and makes their payments via phone to reply to this? Like most people I get paid at the end of the month and make my monthly payments phoning nram, but I have never been able to get through on the last day but always get through on the 1st of the followin month and because of this I get charged £25. I believe this is a scam, it happens every month but I never have a problem getting through the next day. I need as many people as possible to contact me if you have the same problem please
