Default We just discovered our home is full of mold- What

can we do? What about our mortgage? I have a 78 x 32 foot mobile home that I just discovered is covered in mold along the seam....thats 78 foot of black mold that runs down the center of my home. it's in the walls where the two sections meet, coming out in my halls, bedrooms, livingrooms etc.We have been having sinus problems for a while and have a 9 mo old at home. We can't stay there...and we can't afford $20K to clean it up! Now, before you think I am crazy and wishing on a star, I have contacted several mold companies and found out that I am gonna have to shell out about $10K if not more to get it cleaned. I may even have to have the home jacked up, seperated, put the seal back in, and put it back together. that's not counting cleaning up.2 different companies have already told me that I need to look into notifying FHA. They have had clients buy homes and then later on, due to mold damage, FHA has come and stripped the home from them, paid it off and considered it settled. Due to the fact the home was unhabitable and it would cost more to fix it.Any suggestions on where to go? Who do I contact? The home was set up in 2003 and I am the 2nd buyer. Therefor, no warranties transposed to me.I am scared to death as have a 9 month at home and husband that was in a serious accident and has restructured sinuses and Titanium in his face and forehead. This is not one little spot...It has FILLED THE WALLS along 78 foot and is coming out at the seams...Yes the home is FHA insured. And the home was inspected. However, shortly after bying the home nearly 3 years ago, I noticed a small spot of mold in the hall way. I thought it was because the home sat up for about 2 years not being lived in and no fresh air/window open kind of thing. I cleaned it up and now have discovered that was not the source. That was a sign of the source!
