Can I take out a mortgage with a second charge?
Hi there, My mum would like to give us the deposit of £70,000 to buy a house and would like a second charge put on the mortgage. Are there any companies out there who are willing to accept this? Also, myself & my husband dont have great credit but we are both working and can more than afford to pay a mortgage would there be a problem. Thanks
