...home. With the help of Fannie Mae. They have been trying? To since '07 when they didn't pay our taxes that cost us penalties we were supposed to be reimbursed for a couple hundred dollars. I have evidence of money they stole and gave to their attorney after we already paid him. Their are payments taken. They misused our money we had thousands in escrow they used for taxes and for Fannie Mae to use to get my home from courthouse. There never was a sheriff sale! We were never notified of when sale would be because we paid the banks attorney he was supposed to get papers out of court. There are wire transfers not accounted for. They acted like they were trying to help gave me making homes affordable application and purposely left out paperwork. We built and paid for our home for 18yrs. Their attorney left out 1/2 of our deed we have the right of first refusal (my in laws) it was their land they never had in there paperwork all involved right down to realtor knew of the problems before the fraudulent sale. The fraud buyer also knew it was stolen he fraud his bank by allowing them to believe the deed was clear CUX it's not. There is so so so much more I can't find help!! I want to go home it was taken and belongs to us BUT CAN'T FIND HELP I HAVE ALL PROOF IM NOT JUST SAYING I HAVE COPIES OF CASHED CHECKS COPIES OF FAXES AND CHECK TO ATtorney. THAT CAME FROM OUR ACCOUNT ECT. I HAVE IT ALL WHERE CAN WE GO. Help please this split my beautiful family up, mom, dad, and our 3 boys! They need more than a slap on wrist it's time to start making them be held responsible for what they have done.! We did nothing to deserve this. If they didn't steal our money we never would have been behind, they caused it they also at the end with several thousand dollars of ours escrowed took that. Everything in our home was stolen we had it all now I'm mid. Aged and have nothing because of greed. I refuse to be forced to start over our life was set and going well now we have no future!! Not fair!!!!!Well of course I would know if my taxes were included in my loan agreement, after all I was with this bank for 18yrs. They paid for them for all the previous years, this just so happened to be the same year our mailing address was somehow changed from this bank, we weren't receiving letters or getting things late from them. It was the same year Fannie Mae did a military check on us, only because if you were in military they can't take your home. And as far as the attorney the money was ours sent back to us from overpayment that we gave the bank to make the payment for us, they sent it but didn't bother to tell us we received almost the whole thing back. I've shown the copy of a fax that the attorney sent to bank and the copy of the check they cut him the very next day they all said it didn't belong to him. I've been in dispute with the bank about money (payments missing) since '07 when I received a call from bank stating we had extra money only to have that to disappear. They refusAlso my home never went through a sheriff sale never!! The courthouse told me it didn't.
